Handary's broad technology platform and product portfolio include Antimicrobials (chitosan series, ε -Polylysine Series, natamycin series, nisin series) , Antioxidants (rosemary series) , Enzymes (lysozyme series) and Synthetic natural preservative. The majority of these natural preservatives are produced from natural raw materials and mainly used in the food industry, for instance to extend shelf time, against harmful bacteria and spoilage in bakery, savoury and dairy, and are also applied to fruit, vegetable and meat.

Handary products were sold worldwide, the company has passed the ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system, and the products are registered with USA FDA and certified HALAL (Moslem) & KOSHER (Jewish) accreditation. Our state of the art factory can also totally satisfy the rising demand for high quality in international market.
